this is the man who wiped the floor of mosfilms (russian hollywood) entrance hall with a sweater. it was all submerged by 2 millimeters of wet dirt. i feel deep respect for this guy, because he wiped without even turning a hair.

this is not the best photograph but i think it says something about working conditions and mentality.
